Washington Karate International Championships
It is our pleasure to invite you to attend the 56th Washington Karate International Championships, the longest running traditional karate competition in the area. We truly appreciate the past support from all of the Senseis, officials, athletes, and volunteers, and we hope that you will join us again for this exciting event.
The tournament will be held on Saturday, May 9th at the Edmonds College Seaview Gymnasium, 20000 68th West, Lynnwood, WA 98036. Competitor pass pickup opens at 8:00 AM. There will be an officials meeting at 8:30 AM, and the competition will begin at 9:00 AM. This competition will provide an excellent competitive opportunity for karate-ka of all ages and levels to test their skills and gain valuable experience. Divisions will be divided according to age and level with medals awarded for the top three places. In addition to individual Kata and Kumite divisions, we will also have Weapons, Team Kata events, and Family Team Kata divisions.
